Good afternoon!

Lainey has come and gone and we had such a nice visit with her. She is talking up a storm these days and she has quite a vocabulary for being such a tiny squirt. She can make a scarey face, surprised face, happy face and grumpy face...............Kind of deep concepts for someone only 16 months old. She amazes me!

Well, the countdown is on. Seven more days and I will celebrate another year anniversary of this aneurysm thing. Three years it will be on March 20th! I was sent this website from another aneurysm survivor and it is about a girl named Megan whose father was not as fortunate as I was. He passed away 18 years ago. She left last Sunday on the anniversary of his passing for a road trip in an RV to all 50 states. I'm trying to find out when and where she will visit when she comes to California. The purpose of her trip is to raise awareness about aneurysms. This is the website if you would like to encourage her or follow her on the roadtrip of a lifetime.

Wow, life could have been so different for me. I don't think there is ever a day that goes by that I don't remember this. I'm thinking long and hard about how I am going to be celebrating my anniversary of survival again for this year. Thank you for many of your prayers for me. I would still like prayers as I continue to try and educate and encourage others as their crisis hits. Life is not a given.......Cherish your moments when you have them. Tomorrow's moments are not a guarantee.
